In my experience I wouldn't book with Hotels.com ever again. Not only do they show properties that are full, but approved refunds take 3 weeks or more. You always get the same response with no one actually helping you. The AirBNBs make a massive amount of money, for doing nothing.
Beyond FURIOUS! 7 Dec:- We take our car in for an overheating issue, receive a quote for overheating, Bonnot clamp, and service. Confused we approve. Two weeks later we get the car back, only the overheating is sorted. No service was done, and then realise the actual bonnet cable is broken of which it wasn't before. 11 days later, to our surprise the overheating happens again. Then get another 4k quote, I ask why! and the response is "We sorted water leak on right side of the engine no is leaking on the left side and the thermostat is not opening". Not to argue because that is not us, we pay again and collect a week later. NOW comes the point of major frustration. WHAT ON EARTH THIS MORNING, driving to work and there is now a new engine sound. Just been confirmed it's the TURBO Broken. This place is just shocking and I WOULD NOT recommend them at all.
