Wattsave is a ****!

These people advertises on Facebook and Instagram. They advertise an equipment that they claim reduces your electricity consumption. I ordered it around June/July '24 and to date I have received nothing! I have paid for it already. Seeing that it's a month and no delivery I requested a cancelation and a refund via email. A person named, Arthur rep**** but no refund just excuses since. It's now September and I had to resort to this platform. Hope that this platform will be able to get in touch with them since there's so many of us complaining. They don't even deserve the 1 star I gave it's just because it's required before I write my review. They are rogues! *****ing our hard earned money! They are very convincing bunch of rogues!
