i bought a bed in Gezina galaries Sleepmasters 2024 Novmber and collected in deecember 2024, and march -April 2025 was showing disfunctionalities, returned it for exchange and was approved in April 2025, i then topped additional fund for a better Bed assisted by Nomsa in sleepmasters, and told m wereehouse JD Group in Rosslyn will deliver, i spoke to lady named Louisa in the Werehouse and confirmed that the bed will be delivered, they then delivered a wrong bed, when i produce the receipt we called the lady again and she acted as she was not aware, its almost 2 month now and i still have not received the bed.
i bought a bed last year 2024 November and collected in December, April 2025 bed already showing dysfunctionalities and i did send a complaint early April and was approved for an exchange same april, 30 May 2025 i paid additional R4500 for a better bed, and assisted by the lady called Nomsa, to cut story short i have not received the bed even today, Nomsa send me to the werehouse and werehouse send me to Nomsa (sleepmasters), they came and delivered same bed while i paid a top up for another bed. i am struggling as the lady in the werehouse (Louisa) is aware and she also plays hide and seek.
**** coaches: we booked a bus to Cape town departure at 11:00 am on the 04th of December 2023. At 10,30 while at the station we receive an sms indicating that there is a rescheduled time to 17:05 due to ETA which we don't even know what it is and the we tried calling customer service whom were very rude to us telling us that we cannot cancel our bus and will not get any refund, mind you I have an interview in cape town tomorrow morning (5 December 2023). Which I had to make an alternative transportation to arrive cape town in time for the interview.
I had contract with mtn, to my suprise the debit premium were not corresponding with our agreement I contacted mtn a d was helped by Siyabonga Qogo worst consultant ever whom he requested my bank statement which I did sent a d to date he no longer response to my emails. I have made double payment to multichoice this month and yet my account has already stopped, DSTV is a scam. I am very disappointed with multichoice. You guys have sent me a link to make payment and yet you saying it does not reflect on your accounts
I am very disappointed in the way capitec has been operating, we mistakenly deposited money into a wrong account and capitec has to date not helped in reversing the money. They told us to open a case against the accound holder of the person we deposited the money into and the police also told us that they cannot open the case as the person we deposited money into their account his/ her cellphone is not working. Now we dnt know what to do. Capitec will not help so the police.
