<div>Absolutely, the worst when it comes to customer care let alone grooming! What was meant to be a groom & trim session for our beautiful Pom,Milo, turned out to be a disastrous and traumatic experience! Now, every groomer knows not to shave a Pomeranian and so as to how our poor puppy ended up with his entire top coat completely removed, is nothing short of reckless! Sadly, my attempts for a redress with Monique, the CEO, have been futile. Monique, all I ask is for YOUR company to nurture Milo coat until it is fully reinstated. The only compensation I will accept is that you take FULL responsibility for this disaster and do the RIGHT thing! This didn’t have to go public but I’m left with no choice. JUST DO THE RIGHT THING!!!!!</div>
