If you actually want to understand your skin it's not worth it. Dr Chibi just wants to push products without trying to understand you and what you are comfortable with so that together you can find a solution that genuinely works. Of course doctor's are usually more knowledgeable, but most people have already tried dozens of products and procedures when it comes to skin and so it's important for the doctor to be patient and help you understand why certain things have not worked. Instead she is quick to tell you you need to buy products worth R3000+ and refuses to tell you what brand the products are (which is something I want to know so I can get a second opinion or do my own research). She was unable to answer any of my questions. In fact, the first thing she asked me was my diet with the intention of telling me to cut things out, the thing is, I already have a very clean and simple diet so the only thing she could tell me was that I can't eat oil. If you are naive you will fall for this, but in truth, diet is rarely the cause for breakouts. In another hello peter review someone wrote "She is forceful with her opinion" and I completely agree. Just because I was sceptical of purchasing products she wouldn't name she gave me a lecture that my skin would never improve and told me that I can't be confident with my skin. What kind of doctor talks down at their client like that? People are allowed to be confident regardless of how their skin looks and who is she to decide whether you can be confident or not? She's such a creep, clearly trying to leech on vulnerable clients.
Don't trouble yourself using this school. They have absolutely no respect for the customer's time and the communication is awful. On the day of my first lesson nobody showed up, despite our 10:30am arrangement. After calling the school, I was told that they would come at 1:30pm. The first lesson was okay—it was instructed by Florence. Florence is also the rude lady mentioned in other reviews, she is the person of contact for the school who is clearly unorganised and not honest about her availability from the beginning. Although I paid for 5 lessons, I've still only had 1 lesson as she either does not respond or she lies and says she will come but when it's time, she does not show up. I understand that small businesses may sometimes struggle and so I've been giving her the benefit of the doubt, I have consistently communicated the times that I am available and have asked her to let me know in advance if she will not make it. Yet she still fails to communicate and is an extremely impatient and aggressive teacher. Their car is also dirty, full of plastic bags and empty drink cups from fast food restaurants. Even when I first contacted the school to ask if they offer lessons in my area, incase it may be a bit far, she said yes like it was no problem. Then when it was time to pay she suddenly said she won't drive here if I'm only paying per lesson and not bulk lessons. The reason I wanted to pay per lesson at the start was to see if the school was suitable for me, and in the end her behaviour is exactly what I wanted to avoid. She now refuses to refund my money.

Some buttons on the site don't work and the email to activate your account never come. I don't like that it asks for my phone number.
