Within just five minutes, she had the matter resolved and the client was active and online again. Her calm, efficient, and professional approach made a significant difference—not only in resolving the issue quickly but also in restoring the customer’s confidence in our service. Worst services, worst systems. I spent an hour to ammend my details. I mean what took FNB AND CAPITEC less than ten minutes it took absa 1 hour to fix. Woooow speaking about simplicity. I am out of words,don't even wanna mention their customer service 😒
