Since 2011 Ihad an account wit Protea Metering that was recently closed due to atennant providing the rental agent as the owner. There is no current space in forms to stipulate owner and agent. My sccount was transferred without notification to the rental agent. On requesting the account the refused as Protea metering now want prove of owneeship. I paid the account on my info of account at Protea. Ivisited the offices with concrrn about yhe ownership. Now after weeks the hsve opened a new account snd billed me R1500 plus three months notice of not paying the bill which was not sent to me. Now Ihave to pay R2400 to them for the new account snd notice of none payments. I was not treated well and sfter many emails and going to the offices were sent away with agreeing to keep me as owner without informing me of all the costs due to Ptotea metering removing myself as tge owner of my property without informing or comsent fro me as the owner.
Jasmyn always provides good fresh produce to the public. For the past three visits (two in 2021 and one in 2022) I experienced fraud at the tills. I normally buy in bulk and found that they add products or a till reference with an extra amount. In my last visit an amount of R499 was added and one product dates 500g was indicate five packages whereby I only bought one. Similar, but lesser amounts added happened in my former visits. This is very concerning as customers that do not check their till slips may be paying for products and extra amounts that they did not buy
Vodacom cancellations provides extremely poor service, in fact it does not exists. I have tried to cancel a cell number (0646593071) for three months that I have never used, neither have a sim card for. I have called two numbers that Vodacom provides e.g. 082 135 or 083 1958 with options to cancel. A message is then forwarded to your own cell that your request is received but not confirmed. I have been to a Vodacom outlet whereby they phoned and got hold of a telephone operator that promised to help indicating the system is off line. This now three months and the line is not cancelled.
