My wife was admitted in hospital on 3 July 2023, Med aid short paid certain service providers. So I called Med aid for detailed statements for those providers so I could submit to gap cover for payment...1 statement could nt be given to me for the anesthetist as Med aid says there was a glitch in the system for date 17th July 2023 and that they wid escalate it to IT department to rectify and then I will receive it.... It's being more dn 2 months and still haven't received anything.... I keep calling sizwe Hosmed and they keep giving me reference numbers saying that it has been escalated to a team leader.... Ref numbers as follows.... N1635742, N1640377, N1642421, N1654060..... How long must 1 wait anymore.... Gap cover gives us a certain time period to submit and then if not submitted who will be liable for the account..... I kept asking to speak to a team leader or manager and no agent wants to put me through.... No manager or team leader has called me despite me leaving my contact details and email address. This is pathetic service from a Med scheme.... I never had any issues with hosmed, but once amalgamated wid sizwe, the services have become pathetic D. Malek
Pathetic service.... I registered a claim for burst geyser on 25 November 2022 with resultant damages.... The assessor and contractor visited premises to inspect damages and a amount of 7000 was decided to be paid to me for ceiling boards in passage, bathroom, aswell as bathroom wall tiles was and still is water logged. Outside wall the plaster fell off. I disputed the amount, and the claims manager from durban contacted me. She together with the assessor and contractor visited my premises again in the 9th jan 2023. The claims manager requested yhat a lrak detector be appointed to verify if tjere was any leak in my bathroom which resulted in tiles and passage wall being damp. Mdn plumbers was appointed and visited premises and to there findings, there was no leak in bathroom. The claims manager wasnt satisfied with there findings and requested another leak detector to be appointed. Inky Plumbers was then appointed and inspected damages on the 23rd January 2023....there findings was exactly the same as mdn plumbers... Its now more than 2 months since i registered this claim and nothing seems to be progressing.. I informed claims manager and assessor it is health risk due to the dampness and mold on the ceiling and a influx of mosquitoes... In my opinion, i feel santam is doing everything to not honor this claim Claim number 300403891
I bawt my house in 2019 and leon revamped my entire pool for 65k. Since then i havnt recieved an invoice from him despite asking him numerous occasions. 2 weeks ago i noticed my pool had a vertical crack and i called leon to come and have a look at same but he stull hasnt come through. He keeps cutting my calls and ignores my whatsapp messages. When he was doin the pool he informed me that i would have a 10 year guarantee on the marbelite, so nw yhat i have yhis problem he cant keep to his workmanship. From my opinion leon is s rogue and no1 should use him, he is all promises but cant deliver. Oh and also yhe marbelite has full black patches all around yhe floor. Yhat should never happen within 3 years
Good morning, i purchase meat line every month from longbury butchery phoenix and had no issues. However on monday 7 november 2022 i purchased stuff for approximately 1200 which includes 6 trays of pre packed spicy mutton sausages, which on the label states sell by 11/11/2022 and use by 14/11/2022. We fried 1 tray of sausages on the evening of the 10/11/2022 and noticed it to have a funny smell and taste.... I called them on friday 11th with no joy... I then called them on 12/11/2022 at around 11am and spoke to the supervisor named asif who stated that he will speak to the owner and get back to me whilst i waited on the line. Asif commes back with a reply that there policy is no return without a receipt. I am not aware if anyone keeps there receipt for 4 days if they previously never encounted any issues with any butchery or retailers for instance... I explained to them that all the trays of sausages are in there packaging with there labels and how can they not cater or assist , but there was no joy. From this day going forward i will not purchase anything from longbury meat market phoenix because of there poor customer service and arrogance to acknowledge there fault
Pathetic medical aid.... I was in hosmed previously and had no issues but nw this merge has made it terrible.... The call centre agents have no customer skills and no knowledge of anything.... Cant even get a hold of customer service department.... Submitted 2 specialists claims for November n December 2021 on d 17th December and till date no refund was paid to me.... I called agent today and spend 47mins on d line wid dem except the 22mins trying to get a hold of 1 of d agents, only for dem to tell me that dey never receive 1 invoice and d invoice amout was paid to sum1 else account
