Don’t fall in to a trap like me capitec will promise to settle the amount while you are retrenched, even today they’re failing to remove my name from retrenchment affecting my profile from 2015. Even to settle my instalment it was not easy I need to ask my lawyers to assist. Service from capitec is very poor and they keep on sending email matter was escalated without even resolving it.
I regret first day I approach that Debtors to fall in to a trap lime me I told the lady to start to debit on 30 December and going forward each and every month on 28 yesterday on 27 November debit order went through and that money was for laybye. They will ignore your call the Director but when she want a business the Lady Lati ,she keeps on calling you I want my R3500 to be paid bank to my account. I went to capitec bank to reversed it was locked. Lati is not responding my emails not at all . Hello Peter please assist to me. I call the office the whole day telling me email was send to Lati but is not responding.
I've been escalating one issue several times and Capitec doesn't want to resolve my issue I have 3 reference numbers but they unable to help me. I've been retrench 2015 even now my status not update sending email what's up still not being assisted. From 2016 I'm working and documents send it to them but my status still does want to change it. Poor customer service Capitec it's hell when you call unable to help Im so frustrated with Capitec and it's affecting my credit score
Good day. I bought watch August 2023 and now it's blury it's a technical issues and I did send emails, WhatsUp and send message on Facebook. They promise to help and send direct message but they igone my message. Bad customer service ever, I'm so frustrated and dissatisfied

I bought 2 plate stove on 22 July 2023. Today around 2 while preparing food the stove burst. I took the stove to Spar Thaba Tshwane,supervisor told me,they are not allowed to exchange appliances while the manager is not around the store and the manager went to stadium . I must wait for the manager to come back tomorrow on Monday to exchange and they call they manager and he refused to exchange, I must come tomorrow. I took the stove since while I want to cook the security lady harass me in front of the customer pushing me. Finally supervisor came back exchange pineware stove with Diamond stove bad customer service ever. But I'm happy supervisor did exchange but I'm not happy with the brand pineware to Diamond I added R20 extra. This incident happen around 16h45. Iyooh I really disappointed with the service I receive today.
Bad customer service ever I just order Urn 60 litre x2with free blanket I only receive 1 blanket and they were out stock even today still waiting for my blanket I've never received the blanket but each and every month they are deducting. Customer services are bad.i want my blanket it was combo.
Good day I had bad customer service from Ntombi I end up swearing on her because she refused to assist me with my account. I did settle my account June 2023 but still getting sms that I must pay homechoice. Ntombi is rude and useless. Homechoice account is affecting my profile always I'm calling promise to update my status since from August bad customer service ever in the world. Don't fall on that trap like me
Good day I would like to log complain regarding cell C contract. Cell C it keeps debting double the amount every month and they keep saying is not reflecting from their side. I went to the nearest store they said I must call and send an email I did no respond. I call them the keep on ending my calls without conclusion, but I they just run away when I request reference number the end the call last consultant I spoke to Dipuo. she refused to help me and her email address is not working. I did ask Dipuo to escalate the issue and then she refuse also. I do have 2 live the agreement was R450 and now they debt more every month it keeps on increasing. October monthly amount was R544 and now is R615, this month they did double the amount. Cell C customer service it's very bad I rate them 0,0 %. I'm not happy they treated us like we do add value to their service provider. I've send the bank statements several times with no response and being assisted. they just keep on debating any day they like to debt. Kindly attend my complain.
