I recently bought a new clutch kit for my car. I talked to the cashier and asked if I can return the part if it was up opened and she replied "yes" . I received notice from my mechanic that there was something else wrong with the car and it was not necessary for a newe clutch kit. I went to return the clutch kit (the clutch kit was unopened and still in the box as I received it) when I got to Mayville motor spares the man(the owners son) told me they will check with the people if they can return it and phone me. I waited for a week and they did not phone me. I called them to check on the progress an he told me I can receive credit but not a refund. He told me the cashier was not supposed to tell me I can have a refund.(The company did not inform all their employees of this policy) He informed me there was a policy stating there are no refunds but as a customer I was not informed of this when I bought the part. As a consumer I have the right to be informed and not to be miss informed as I was. I don't want credit with the shop, due to the improper way they conduct business. I would like a full refund
