I Order Nike Jordan's for grandson. Wrong size was deliver 14 September 2021. After a long time getting hold of someone. I was told that can return and they will return for right size. I am still waitting. On return I requested of I can come do exchange at their place and I was told it cannot work that way. In meantime we wanted to change for an more expensive tekkie and they said they will invoice me for the difference. That invoice was incorrect and no one answer calls or emails. All I want is an refund.
