I received feedback on my request for a consumable part for my Dovre Stove. Fireplace City contacted the importer to obtain the part requested.

No after Sales service
Fireplace city does not keep spare parts or help customers to obtain consumable parts that it's required for the products they sell. I bought a Dovre store 3 years ago from Fireplace City, and need some parts to service the stove.Fireplace City is not returning calls or even attempt to help with obtaining the required spare parts.
