Cannot Cancel Aira Fitness membership - Paying until I die!

I have tried to cancel Aira Fitness for over a year, I finally got a response back from a chat online through their app and the answer was "we use a third party payment center so we can't help you" so I cancelled my credit card with the hopes this would stop the payments. NOPE .... they found a way to keep charging me. How do I cancel my subscription. They don't have anyway of contracting them on their site www.ariafitness.com, they have no way of cancelling the subscription on their app, they aren't helpful when you get them on live chat. *** should I do to get this 10.00 a month payment to stop! I give them 1 star for poor customer service, lack of proper control to cancel at anytime, this is a scam from what I've experience with a total lack of follow up to customers who actually could use this service. Why make an app or sell a service then wash your hands and **** off customers to never use you again. Lots of options out there and this one I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
