Worse than poor communication - don't try to complain or speak to a senior person
what untrained sales agents from the sales person just wanting to make commission up until the so called supervisor. absolute poor. people please do not get caught with them. Their communication to you is so poor, especially when you have issues to resolve. you will never ever get to speak to a manager and or someone competent to listen to your complaint. You will simply find yourself in the deep end with endless problems and frustrations. do not just cancel your existing provider to support MWEB. Their " messenger" application on Facebook advertised never responds, neither do they have an official complaint platform.

Worst company ever, from technical to admin and accounts to armed response. it a no go. rather go across the road
