I took 3 chairs on 3 separate occasions on apro. They were all good chairs but I have very specific needs because of a bad back. I dealt with David Sonday and he was exceptionally helpful and patient with me. Giving me a refund every time and not putting any pressure on me to buy. Thanks for great service. Allon
I ordered a SUP Pump. The confirmation said it will be delivered in 10 to 15 working days. It hasn't arrived after 19 working days and counting. I sent an email to their support address and got a reply from Adiel Seyed - Head of Customer Support saying "You should receive by next week Friday". That will be 25 working days since the order confirmation. There was no apology. When I said this is unacceptable the response was: "Please note that we had a note highlighted in Red on the store website before you ordered that the warehouse is currently closed." I don't remember seeing this and is irrelevant because the confirmation said 10 to 15 working days for delivery.
