I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience using the Dog Food app. We placed an order on April 29th, and on April 30th, we realized we needed to change the delivery address. Since then, it has been over a week (now May 7th), and our dog food still hasn't arrived, with no estimated time of arrival provided. The app has been unhelpful throughout this process. Whenever we reach out for assistance, they simply blame the courier company, RAM. However, when we contacted RAM, they confirmed that they never received the address change and are still operating with the original information. This lack of coordination has left us in a frustrating limbo with no clear resolution. What’s most disappointing is the lack of urgency and accountability from the Dog Food app. As former regular customers, we expected a higher level of service and support. Instead, we feel brushed aside, with no one taking responsibility for the issue. Due to this experience, I can no longer support this service, as they have shown a disregard for customer care and have failed to provide the assistance we needed. I sincerely hope they improve their communication and take accountability in the future, as it is crucial to maintain customer trust.
Eugene has been so helpful to explain more about my one plan policy and helping me to understand how the One Plan card works. Everything is so simple with one plan. I love it.

It started off rocky with putting in a claim, as Service was not up to par, however things took a 360 turn once I got into contact with Menzi Radebe (service expert at one plan). He was an absolute legend and helped me sort out my claim as well as getting it approved instantaneously. Yay 😀
WORST PLACE EVER! RUDEST MANAGER (JENNY) I HAVE EVER CAME ACROSS. My mom and I went for a massage and facial, my mom was so bruised after the massage it scared me. After my facial my face was red and irritated, after approaching Jenny with our concerns, she started getting aggresive saying we are lying. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service, and the atmosphere is not very relaxing and not very clean enviroment. TAKE MY ADVICE AND STAY AWAY!
