Four days of no internet - because the APP is completely useless, because the technical support number, goes to a billing numbers and throughout the long weekend, says the billing department is closed, because there is simply no technical support available no matter how hard you try. Our guests in the guesthouse has no internet, no TV, and we had hours of frustration trying to find support.
I ordered a new battery for my Macbook - from the time of sending the proof of payment, despite 2 - 4 days of promised delivery - it took two weeks. I took the battery to an installer to find it was faulty. I was finally refunded for the battery but not the installation - so I have lost over a month, and an installation fee. No apology and really unprofessional communications.
I shared with this company's customer service that the tablets of one of their vitamins had stuck together - note there is a warning that the product is highly sensitive to moisture. They handled the query amazingly calling and emailing me and replacing this, along with two other products to try.
I owe Vodacom one month's payment from two years ago, which was missed. HPD, received incorrect information which Vodacom has since corrected in writing. HPD refuse the accept the new amount as stated by the CREDITOR. It is the most ridiculous thing ever. Vodacom is fighting for me now. If I could award them a negative star - like minus 10 - I would.
I represent a Non-profit company and we, in good faith used these guys to sort our borehole. They took advantage in the worst possible way. They charged ridiculously and we found ourselves between a rock and a hard place. We never had proper instruction or manuals for the equipment. Of all our suppliers we used setting up an incubator for young women in agri-business - they were the worst! Ripoff, pretence at proper advice, exploitative - I wish there was a way to give them a negative star rating - like -1000 stars!
