I have first hand experience of seeing how this company treats its employees. To be honest, I don't understand how this company gets away with doing what it does. The office staff is expected to work extreme hours at no extra remuneration. NO acknowledgement of it. If they fall behind on anything or doing even the slightest thing wrong, they receive what is called a 'Pink Slip' which is a form of written warning. This company is driving its employees to the ground so that those in higher positions can get higher. Many of the staff members are not allowed to work from home during the COVID-19 lock-down but are still expected to go home and keep working...for me personally, this does not make any sense. People need to have a break from work and not work from Monday to Monday with no over-time pay or any form of remuneration. You get what's called Kpi which is a bonus based on your prefomance. They do team Kpi which shoots everyone in the foot because it doesn't matter if you doing well of your team if slacking you get the brunt of it. This company should really make a change in the way they dictate their staff around and stop expecting more than the impossible as at some point, a persons well-being becomes a priority. Next thing is they have a huge problem when a staff member wishes to take leave even if it's for sick leave. According to them if you can go and make an appointment at the doctor you can work. What logic is that??? They don't care about there staff at all as when you start working there they tell you straight we've got people lined up to take your position should you quit etc. They seriously need to adapt an attitude where they understand that they need their employees just as much as the employees need them. Absolutely sickening the way they treat there staff and the for the pay they offer? Not worth it at all. Honestly hope they can see a bit clearer and get a wake up call because this is rediculas.
