I received a bad service at home affairs (Dendron Limpopo province) my child app**** for identity document(ref YJX0A3439C27W0RFYD) on the 12 /02/2025 and they told us the id going to take 3 week and they going to sent a message they said we waited , three weeks passed till today 08/04/2025 there is no message sent but surprisingly there was another person whom we app**** for an id together and she received hers so when i ask them y the id is not out they told me it is stucked at printing on the 22/02/2025 and my worries are how am i going to know when it is going to be dispatched they said they dont know and by the look of things might take more six months as it is already passed the time frame they gave me another thing the manager(Mokadi) told me that new ids takes time to be printed more confusing she is mixing her statement she sometimes say the id is not yet dispatched , which i dont believe as my sons certificate already has id numbers on it and the biggest problem is when you call then you can't get them the numbers they gave us not working (011 501 0044 and 0800601190 ) meaning you have to travel all the way to go check id and i already travelled for a week now. please please assist as my son is doing grade 12 now and the id is needed

I applied for short term loan with moola loans on the 3rd of February 2022, the loan i applied for never been finalised as they didn't even tell me how much they going to give me and how much will be the installment but today on the 25th of February they deducted R710 from my account please help me because I'm paying for the service that was never rendered to me , i tried calling them they only have one phone number which is not working , i now feel like I've been scammed.
