Tenants be careful. Take pictures before you move in.
These are landlords. We rented a one bedroomed apartment from them. Our experience with them was a very unpleasant one. We felt that we were deceived. We did not get back most of our deposit. We disputed what they charged us for but dealing with them has been a horrid experience for us. We are now going the legal route. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Dishonest rental company - do not do business with them
I would not recommend anyone to do business with this company. They are extremely dishonest. If you ever enter into a rental agreement with them, you are unlikely to receive your deposit. They will find a way to use your deposit to fix things that they are responsible for. The moving out inspector is dishonest. He raised nothing with us at the time of moving out. He conned my son into signing the moving out report. Christin Pillay who handles the finances is extremely rude and unprofessional. They should not be allowed to operate. They are very dishonest.
