I purchased 3 vouchers on Hyperli for a pamper package at the French Clinic. 2 vouchers were a package for 2 people. 1 of the vouchers were a package for 1 person. However the lady at the clinic insisted all the vouchers were only for one person, when it clearly said on Hyperli it is a package for 2 people and I paid for 2 people. Why does this business register on Hyperli if they do not have the knowledge of how it works? The receptionist was also very rude and threatened me that they would take legal action if I leave a bad review on Google. I will not be supporting this institution at all with staff that has such a bad attitude and lack of respect for customers who want to support them. Very bad experience.
