Patrick was very professional and organised. He knew the products well and could advise me correctly. The first set of technicians (Brandon’s team) were thorough and neat. However, unfortunately that’s as far as the service went. Thereafter, through my alarms system going off multiple times a night with no contact from your team, and a much needed phone call from me in the middle of the night, I discovered that the radio was not sending signals to your office, the pet friendly passives I had asked and paid for, were in fact standard passives, my number pad was not labelled so I was none the wiser as to which sensor was being set off at night, and lastly, the receiver for the electric gate at the drive way had not been installed. Patrick had not come to follow up and inspect the work done by Brandon’s team, which could have avoided all of these issues. But once I complained to him, he contacted me daily and came out with another technician until all the problems were solved, which took a few days. I am more or less happy with the product thus far, however any recommendations from me to friends or colleagues will come with the warning of the sub-par service I have received.
