SEDA Queenstown Office Complaint

My name is Sibusiso Molefe from a company called BANG Entertainment at Sada in the Eastern Cape. I have exhausted every approach I know and failed to get the Queenstown office of SEDA to assist me. I have escalated my issue to the Branch Manager Ms Davids and got no assistance and the Provincial Manager Mr Soga and got heard and that was it, no assistance. It has been 2 years of multiple visits to the Office, no way foward calls, and a chain of emails, yet I still don't have a website for my company. I've never been dumbfounded on how to proceed with matters.
