Belvedere retirement village Life Rights

Our mother relocated from Wilgeheuwel Retirement Village, during covid due to our dad having been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and had to be taken care of in a home in May 2020. We gave notice to sell property . New owners moved in to the unit in June 2021, confirmation was given in writing that they had received FULL payment into the trust account 10 June 2021 . Expect payment AFTER 30 days is the clause . To date we have not had any payment, despite all correspondence in writing. If their are any other situations in the same as we are , please feel free to contact me.
