Jacks Appliances..Poor Service

Very bad experience First visit technician claimed repair done and demanded immediate eft which I paid. Immediately afterbhe left found fault not repaired. Promised to come back at appointed time next day after obtining spare part. Turned up 4 hours late...no spare part. Went away to obtain.part promising to come back.in one hour. Didn't come back as promised and not taking calls or returning messages. Messaged me at 01-30 in morning to arrange time forvnext day...time was arranged. Didn't turn up as arranged...didn't contact me until 5 hours later to advise still no spate part. Couldn't confirm when part would be available or when job would be completed. At time of this review....not answering calls or messages...my washing machine is minus a part...my machine is not working and availablr to me. But job has been paid for. Email given.in website rejecting mail Do not use this service.
