Extremely dissapointed

I was involved in a car accident on the 26th of December 2021. My car was towed to Sunshine Panel beaters situated on Punda Maiai road in Thohoyandou. Since then my car isstill there. Worst part is that i use the car for business purposes.I have paid my insurance access the day my insurance approved for the fixing of my car in January early. My car is still there and every time I call they tell me ' you will get your car tomorrow ' until today. Now they are no longer answering my calls. My insurance has tried to intervene but also not winning. I am now so frustrated because there is no money to pay for installment, insurance and the driver. Please help me out.
