Firstly, I dropped my car at 07h30 only to be told at 15h30 that I needed to replace the disk and brake pads (they have even done 5k km) at a suspiciously high price. Secondly, there was no technical explanation from anyone about the problem, only the front lady who gave me the price. Thirdly, I took the car to four other service centres, including the original brand; they ALL disputed that I needed to replace the disc and brake pads. I am not happy with the service from what I think is a great business (at least from reviews that made me go to them).
Went to a VFS in Durban last week, my appointment was at 09h00 and only finished at 13:47. First, they got my nationality wrong and they had to redo capturing and fingerprints. Second, no one apologised, instead, I was treated as if it was normal. Hopefully, my application does not have errors which I doubt! :(
