On 09 March 2022, Wednesday my boyfriend and I bought 2 pepper steak pies and a doughnut at Nibbles Salisbury, Durban. Upon eating the pies we found that they were sour. We went back to the bakery to return the pies. I was attended by Nikita, I explained to her that the pies were sour. She tasted 1 and said that it was fine, of which was not true. She then went on to the phone and spoke to someone and accused me of lying. She then went to call one of her staff members to taste the pies, she also told the same lie that the pies were fine. Nikita's approach was very rude and expressed poor manorisms. She offered to only refund 1 pie, of which I declined and walked out. I left the pies at the shop. To define this as appalling service would be an understatement as this lady has no respect for customers. Selling rotten food is not only bad service, but also a risk of causing food poisoning to customers of which Nibbles has no care of. This goes to show that Nibbles does not cares about it's customers and the quality of product that they sell. I would not recommend buying food from this bakery shop to anybody!
