4ACES NEW & USED SPARES - CROOKS

Be careful. These people are complete crooks. I gave my car in for repairs and needed a starter who could not be found nowhere. Because I've seen all of 4Aces' ads, I dialed them. They had a starter for me but needed to know if it was the long or short one. Mahomed said I could get it for R1,500. I contacted the business where I gave in my car for in for repair and they offered that they would contact 4Aces and went to buy and fit the starter. 4Aces has a period within which you have to bring back the part (if you have it for refund) but it's impossible to fit that starter within that period etc. The outcome of the matter was that the starter was not working and we contacted 4Aces who requested that the company who worked on my car set it out on a letterhead from their company and bring it back to which they would refund it. They refused to refund but want to issue a Credit Note. The company does not work with second-hand parts and only made a commitment towards me because there was no such part in SA. 4Aces absolutely refuses to refund the part and have lost R1,500 which I could have flushed down the toilet. I would advise everyone to stay so far away from 4Aces as they are crooks.
