Attorney poor performance.

I was accused by Attorney Mr. Nel of driving at a massive speed after I drove into the back of still standing truck at around 21H00 on 18 April 2012. The Attorney and Advocate representing Mr. Nel was also addressed by the Judge for entering his Court without any proper preparation and this in turn forced the Judge instructing us to leave his Court. The Judge informed us that he wanted 3 days to decide whether absolution or s****ping the case from the Court role would be his judgement. After 3 days he informed us that absolution was granted. Upon arrival at Mr. Gert Nel's offices in Tshwane we entered the boardroom. Mr. Nel then accused me of driving at a excessive speed was the reason I hit this unlicensed still standing truck on the N1 north towards the Stormvoël off-ramp. I then disagreed with him before witnesses and left his premises. In 2021 I won the case with another attorney with 100% merrit after a proper forensic investigation was done. Mr. Nel telephonically denied him not accusing me of being responsible for this accident. This caused me in a 10 year period to lose all my assets that I have build up by entrepreneurship and entering the Corporate World, where I was a very successful company with numerous Corporate Clientele.
