CCMA Unfairly dismissed my case
Took Old Mutual Finance to Arbitration as they dismissed me for Misconduct. For leads they allegedly acquired ******* from transunion with no consent from the people on the list, tried to argue my case that those leads are not from the old Mutual Finance system they are informal leads acquired by the Area Manager but still I lost my case. How am I being dishonest with leads sourced *******ly. It was an unfair dismissal

Telkom Customer Abuse
My Name is Marinkie Moyo. 3 months ago telkom field workers came to advertise their Fibre connections, and they said when you apply you get a free month subscription after installation, I app**** the router was delivered but no installation was made , the guy from telkom called me made an appointment but never showed up, they decided that they are going to take their router back why I don't know, they called me that they'll be collecting it ohk fine agreed its their gadget and what the use of keeping something that is not working, hey suddenly they unable to come to my place because I don't have a street name but it was delivered with no street name, so they kept arranging for delivery dates but never showed up, now they going through my credit profile without my consent saying they want to bill me for what I don't know. They send me an invoice for me to pay R599 for what I don't know, telkom is playing dirty games with me and I will not let then take me for a Ride whoever I'm going to find at the store we'll bear the consequences of this disrespect Telkom is doing. They deliver the gadget but can't collect it because of the street name, there's these Daya person at telkom has disrespect 😤
