Poor service. They had my TV for 3 weeks and not once did I get an update call from them regarding my TV. They promised to call me and feedback on the TV progress after a week. I had to call in after a week and every 3 days after that for two consecutive weeks. Each time I'd get a promise of feedback via a phone call. I'm not exaggerating when I say the whole three weeks my TV was in their possession I didn't receive not one call.
