My internet service has been down for 5 days now.I phoned many times, just to hold on until the line dies. I logged a complain on their website and even got a reverence number:“MWB22587609” No response! How do I cancel my contract?
This is now the second month end that the ABSA verification system is failing. I am really with this and seriously consider changing banks.
Be extremely careful when doing business with this company. I was sorely disappointed with their service.
