Why does the courier guy advertise safety of there clients parcels if they do not provide it. Why do we as clients gets PIN numbers but the drivers does not ask or use them. They rather trust that someone else signs the waybill or signs the waybill themselves and this is exactly what happened to our parcel because the PIN was not used so the parcel was not delivered correctly. So I think The Courier Guy must make a choice either use the PIN only which is saver or uses the WAYBILL but not both - because clearly can the Drivers not be trusted! And because of this The Courier Guy lost our trust and 3 customers.

Good day Today I am very disappointed in Tevo/Bennet Reed and Makro Germiston. I bought a Alpha Bot Max from Makro @21/12/2021 - it worked for 3 months and then I had to return the product due to a fault. Tevo then gave me a new Bot in August 2022 it then again only worked until Feb 2023 when I had again had to bring back the product due to a fault. When I got to makro I told and wrote on the slip of the assessment that I do not want the product anymore as this Is unacceptable for a client to keep on bringing back a product. During this course of action I spoke to Lucky a Tevo manager who was able to assist me up until a point - thanks Lucky for your assistance. I then received a call and sms this morning from Makro saying my product is ready for collection - I then spoke to Mpho the Makro manager who assisted me very well and got back to me with feedback - tevo is refusing to refund me my money because they did fix the machine and it is not in a six months radius that I bought it back for repairs - so apparently the people working at tevo can't count because from August 2022 to February 2023 it is 06 months and I bought it back in Feb 2023 which is 6 months. Not just is Bennet Reed a **** product but the people from Tevo does just gives a **** about there customers because this is bad service and they let there customers come back 3 times with a product that does not work - pathetic. I am taking this matter to Helo Peter and to the news papers and I hope that this will reach so many people that Bennet Reed not see the day of light again. Bennet Reed and Tevo is a discrase to this country.

THIS IS A COMPANY THAT DO NOT HAVE RESPECT FOR THERE CLIENTS OR ANYONE PRIVACY. I WILL NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE EVER BUY OR USE KALMAR JHB OR ANY KALBAR BRANCH EVERY IN MY LIFE. Ek is vandag so geskok ek kan nie glo daar is sulke mense daar buite nie. Ek bestel vandag 30.06.2022 vir my middagete by Mr Delivery die betaling gaan van my kaart af en ek sit altyd n goeie tip by vir die driver want hulle werk ook maar vir min geld. So kry ek die boodskap my kos is opgetel n hele ruk daarna kom daar weer n notification my kos is delivered.. ek is so oh no dit is nie. Niemand was by my hek of by my huis of by my buurman niks nie. Niemand het my kos afgelewer nie. Ek bel toe die Mr Delivery mense en gee my ref nom - se die dame vir my die driver was nie by my huis of eers naby my address toe... So wat beteken dit toe daai driver het my kos gesteel en is nogal so windgat en vat / steel sy tip ook nog. Hoe siek is die mense nie daar buite nie. Hoe siek moet jy wees om ander mense se kos te steel - regtig!!! Nou gaan hulle 5 Dae eers vat om my geld aan my terug te betaal...unbelievable!!!
Ons het ons Kar vir hulle gevat vir al ons rubbers - engine mounting rubbers en suspension rubbers all good and well...toe vat ons weer ons kar vir hulle om die ball joints te doen...ons ry toe net oor kant die pad om ons tyres te laat doen - haal hulle die wiel af daar loop net grease orals - toe het hull die CV BOOT RUBBER f#tup geknyp - vat hom weer terug laat hulle dit reg maak - ry die volgende dag daar het ons Kar glad nie ratte nie - daar staan ons langs die pad. Toe het die idiote wat hulle self mechanics noem ons hele CV JOINT op gef#k.... So die moral of die story is. - MOET NOOIT JOU KAR VIR TEFLON BOYZ IN BOKSBURG VAT NIE. - HULLE IS REGTE BACKYARD MECHANICS!!! USELESS
