I had the worst expierence with Saturn Auto Body in Oct21. Firstly they repaired rust which returned in 9 months again? Secondly they damaged my car's interior window pillar, window, door did not want to open. Could not see through the window. Scrathes inside, etc. And then they asked if I have a dog?? It was clear that the damage were done with *****er drivers, when they tried to take the car apart. I paid them to polish my car as I thought they would know what they are doing as I had a bad experience with a valet service before, ALL black trims were white. The polish was not completely buffed off on the body which I still did when I washed yhe car. Even after I returned my car to have to polish job fixed. I had to return my car to get fixed 4 times after it was sprayed and now were still sitting with the rust problem. Will I return my car for repairs again...NO WAY am I not putting myself or any of my cars through this abuse again.
My dad passed away 16Aug and I contacted Sizwe the next day to change my Mom to be the main member. On 4 Sept I noticed that Sizwe did not deduct her premium so I contacted them. They then said I need to make payment as it was too late for the payment run due to the changes. I paid and send them proof. 2 October they made a double deduction from my bank account - and when I queried this they said the 'system' made a mistake and they will refund me. After MANY emails and calls they send me proof of a refund on 21 October. I have been paying my parents medial aid from my bank account for about 3 years now and this is on a debit order from my bank account of which you have got detail on your 'system' They refunded the money to my late Dad's bank account!! Sizwe said I need to sort this out with my Dads bank. I contacted Absa who is handling my Dad's estate and they said I can not get this money. Sizwe needs to proof that they made an incorrect payment and this will then be refunded to them and Sizwe can refund me in return. Feedback I got was that ABSA says they have been trying to get hold of the beneficiary but they can not get hold of him. What do you not understand if I have made changes due to the fact that my Dad passed way?? MANY emails - MANY messages - MANY unanswered calls I do not know what is happening still - if I can only get ANY feedback from anybody it will probably help. But somebody in your accounts department messed up for a second time and this is just not getting fixed. And in the mean time I am sitting without money for a 2nd month going for a 3rd month now. I need the R1907.00 which were deducted from my bank account, returned in my bank account urgently.
