Failure by supplier to refund for incorrect item done by supplier

I bought two soccer shirts separately and paying via PAYFLEX. The first order they sent wrong size and I returned it with promise from supplier that I will receive another item with correct size. the supplier does not respond to my emails and after a month PAYFLeX say they cannot refund me as it has to be auctioned by merchant. Am frustrated that I have already paid 3 instalments of R247.50 each time but cannot be refunded. Worse I have to pay again R247.50 on 14 April 2022 as last installment. Failure to pay will result in interest levied and also affect my credit score although supplier alis not doing anything The supplier is Soka Diski and owned by guy by the name of Dean. Your assistance will be appreciated
