Good day I hope you are well I would like to lodge a complaint regarding your pathetic customer service. I made an application for the mobi money on Sunday and I got a call that it was approved and I can make withdrawals and I was given * 120*1048# to make withdrawals. On Monday I followed the process and guess what ? I got an invalid error message and advised to call you guys. Bought airtime and called spoke to a lady and she said that the mobi money was approved but there is another application pending that’s is hindering the payment process and the person handling the account will contact me . I got a call from handler and she advised that I did not approve one of the benefits and I told her I have a plan already and I wouldn’t want to pay for another one ,I am not interested and she said okay . I then asked can I still make withdrawals and she said yes but when I got to the website the account is still on 0 and no amount to withdraw. Tell me what game are you playing , 4 days later I’m being taking from pillar to pillar, what exactly is the hindrance on payment ? Now I am forced to take a plan that I already have for me to get the money that I will still pay back ? This is not a freebie and worse your consultants are very rude .
Archive Springs mall contact details does not exit ,how can you list a number on Google that doesn’t exit , received such a horrible service a from the sales rep , all they do is mind their own business and chat to each other only attend to you when you’re buying because it’s a sale for them. It has been months now since I cancelled my rain contract due to the fact that I lost my sim card but why are tiu still debiting from my acc I cancelled in April and they said it will be effective end of May but to my surprised rain tried debiting end of May what for coz I'm not using the service and I haven't been using the service for months before that cancelation and you are still trying to debit again every day I get notifications from my bank of a failed transaction from rain I'm enquiring bank charges for that. I didn't know that rain had a cancelation fee I am going to lodge a fraudulent complaint against you from my bank. And worst part is that whenever I call your call center no one picks up or I am put on hold for hours. You are the worst service provider S.A has experienced. I have been complaining about you and your service you are such a biggest scam South Africa has ever see . I dare you to try debiting again end of the month you will see me I will leave some money on purpose just try me I will turn those offices at Bryanston upside down watch and see . I am tired of you and I won't stop till I speak to your bosses try me and see. This so pathetic and I'd this is how you want your customers to communicate with you then it's fine will use this platform then but it won't end here
Thank you for refunding my money and please improve your customer service. We cant be complaining this much and you can't run a business like this where customers have to opt to social platforms to get your attention.
Worst ervicd provider ,so last month I call Rain and ended up on this platform and a guy called Philip gave me a call the following day and I explained to him what's happening and he said he will give me a call back even today I'm still waiting for that call a whole month later. Now on the first of May they tried to debit again on my account but I don't understand why because I'm not using the sim card I don't understand if they can't see on their system or what because I can't be paying for something I'm not using and worse part I canceled the contract last month after they debited all the money in the acc
I have not been using the rain sim card for months and now eqin has decided to debited on my acc for something that I'm not using .... I been ending emails but no respond, called then numerous times and it's either they will pick up and drop the phone on my ear or they don't answer for the whole hour I will be on hold ,they will transfer from one person to another ,the last person I spoke to was Boitumelo she was rude and dropped the phone while I was talking ,bad service provider and all that I'm asking for is my refund I cane even reverse it because it is an oline purchase . I have terminated that sim then why debit.....
