on behalf of the Izandla ziya Gezana it's been year trying to do FICA for our burial society if it is not missing documents from us, they are short staff, or we are late finally when we think we are done Absa consultant didn't submit our documents. after submitting the documents, we were told all in order. on the 8th November 2025 when we try to withdraw money is where we realize that our document was not submitted Monday the 10th, we called the consultant that was assisting us she told one of our members she will call her we still waiting and we need money. it is not far to us because we did spend lots of money for transport with back and forth.
good Day 29 July 2023 i went to shell garage to fill-in petrol and engine oil and i went to Pretoria with family coming back next day that i find out at the near garage that my oil cab was not closed and oil was al***** the engine. i went back to shell garage to complain and they did see that it was their mistake. the owner book my car to Nissan the glen to fix my engine on the 1 August 2023 my car was book for repair it took them 4months to fix it on the 2 November 2023 i fetch my car as they told to come fetch my Nissan i was not happy with the car i took my car home then i called the shell garage owner to tell them i'm not happy so he advised to take the car back to them i did that on the 4th November 2023 i took it back explain my problems to them the engine light, the was a sound the was coming on the engine(pulley) that the told me the wont fix because since i bought a car that part was not changed which i didn't have the problem before and lastly the didn't ***** the left fender. i sent them an email which they didn't have the decency to rely as i explain to the i need my car for Christmas holiday. i wrote to the that the owner of Shell garage trust them with my car as a dealer how can the fix my car and leave that engine light they should know better that when you fix an engine sensor of the engine need to be replaced.
i had a query on my car that they didn't fix properly 26 August 2022 I went for those problems they told me they will order parts I'm still waiting with no update. I called 2weeks ago they told me the person who deals with ordering parts will call me for update I'm still waiting for that call till now.
I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE PANEL BEATER TO COME BACK TO ME THEY TOLD THEY ARE GOING TO BUY PARTS.

Good Day I'm experiencing a lot of problems in my car firstly the door was not fitting correctly it is doing ***** sound secondly the did fix correctly mobilize one window don't want to open thirdly the is a nob that open sides mirrors it is out lastly my set belt I'm missing the cover. if 1 for women they will continue using VIP solution they will loss lot of customers.
They have debited my account without my permission worse on the 21 and i didnt have money in my account so the bank charged me R180 which i requested the refund and for my bank statement to see if it was their debit order and i did that still waiting
