I had a laybuy at Game Circus Triangle Mthatha due to financial constraints laybuy expired when I went to fetch the money so that I can buy something else they said the money was transferred to head office and they will request it and I'll be notified as soon the funds are available. I've waited for more than 6 months for them, they never called. I went there during end of last year and they told stories. I also went there around june this to ask for refund of R6000 they said I should email their head office off which I did with no response. I am out of option I don't know what to do. They ****med me
Im so disapointed with Sanlam where i have a policy that i never signed for as their representatives have our information they use it to take our money against our will. I have 4 policies that costs me +-R1200 that i never consented to but they keep on deducting despite the canceliation
Goodevening sir/Madam please kindly help im Tengani Nolitha from Mthatha, Eastern Cape i bought lot of furniture on 20 August 2022 from Home go furnitures in Bruma , Johannesburg i paid all the furniture but they didn't load it to my trailer they left the bed that i paid R7000.00 for. When i returned with bakkie they were already closed and the trailer were loaded and sealed. When i reached home i notice that they loaded all the furnitures but bed was not there when i asked them they said the guy (Jabu)who was loading the furniture forget to load the vehicle. As it was his fault not to load the bed he admitted and said he will devise means to deliver it in 2 weeks but to date he hasn't. He kept on postponing up until he is unreachable. On December I sent them this email with no response up to now. Goodmorning, sir/madan kindly help on the reported matter of undelivered bed that was promised to be delivered within 48 hrs. The bed that was sold by Jabu Shabalala at Bruma Johannesburg.
I'll never understand 1st for woman i made a claim where my place was burnt January 2021 up until now no improvements have made yet instead when they try to make an offer they exclude building. If they exclude building what makes the household contents to burnt down if the building is intact.
On 1st January 2021 my home burned down as a result of unkowm fire, I then reported the incidedent to FFW. Accessors came to do what was necessary. I submitted the neccessary documents that was requested and also the ones that were sent to me in order to sign and brought back to the sender within the prescribed period. To my suprise on 19 February i received a rejection letter from the insurance said i haven't submitted document with their prescibed period. By them i was dealing with a rude lady called Tania Vermaak from Telesure holding investment. I escalated the matter to Ombudsman for short term insurance, they said in order for them to be able to continue with the claim i should resubmit documents off which i did, it was May. After submission of documents I made a follow up on the claim on June and i didnt get responce from the Ombuds that i was directed to which was Abri Venter. I emailed her several times there was no responce at all and since I complained to the lady who pick up the call at ombudsman offices (Selina Zwane) and she gave an email address for Abris supervisor Hennesy, i forwaded ever email that isent to Abri hennessy did not and the lady decided to give me their boss's email address(Peter) and i fowarded these email and urge for his intervention and none of them responded on my emails. On February 2022 i started to call again to check if what is the status of the claim they said its closed. I asked on what basis and what was the outcome of the claim they said they will call me and tell me yet they never call me at any stage instead i was the one who called. Then on March 2022 i went to a see a legal practitioner about thing and guess what they reopened the case and they the guts (Tania Vermaak) to say they requestion about the incident that happened last, what a prejudice towards the paying customer. up to now no one has called me yet to requestion about last year tragic incident that i went through just beacase they are not willing to compesate the insured. I dont know what i did to deserve such tratment.
Still waiting for a claim that was submitted on the 14 March 2022 for the household contents that was damaged by electricity due to load shedding together with damaged electricity. Ive been waiting so long till today. First for women will never call you to give an update up until you call them your self.
