Debt review nightmare
Have been paying up debt with them for 7 years. Initially I was told that it would be 5 years. Then was told that my debt was miscalculated. After finally paying up it has been 3 months that they have not given me any paid up letters or certificate of clearance. Only to find out that 1 of my debtors are still owed money which I had to pay. Numerous phone calls and emails are made. They will never return your call. They never allow you to speak to a manager. If they miraculously answer your call you can never get one person to deal with your query. Thus you have to explain all over again. I will never recommend them to anyone ever.

Taking the money instant. To return it......
I hav every been contacting them to refund my premium for over a month now. Consultants hve been promising to get back to me. Money wS supoised to take 14 working days. Mmmm. Maybe i cant count.
