Unqualified and dishonest

Poorly qualified tutors. Not up to standard. Have to tutor the tutor. Company takes upfront money with promise to refund if you dissatisfied with the tutor but never fulfills the promise and never refunds your money. Always have excuses as to why they can’t refund like account is frozen.
