Incorrect orders given / BAD service
KFC Parkview, Pretoria East. On three previous occasions I got home and realised I didn't get the order paid for. On my fourth 03/05/2024 attempt using the drive through I was left waiting in the parking lot waiting for a fillet that was going to take 1 minute to be finished cooking. I went in to collect eventually, did report it to the manager. Who just blankly apologies despite me telling him of the 3 previous incidents. I will NEVER use that outlet or even continue supporting KFC, as I don't generally eat junk food.

Not the correct weight as stated
Bought 8kg bag only weight 7kg. Could NOT get their Facebook page or site to report this. Their contact number is disguised as 0861 PET FOOD. Tried doing a review on my finding, was not possible to submit. Seems Checkers must review selling this product. I will be notifying the store manager. Unacceptable that company's can sell something stating 8kg, but only has 7kg content. :(
