This school is pretty awesome, the children are polite and respectful from the very young through to the big kids. All the children seem happy and eager to welcome anyone, proud to be here. The school grounds are neat, the tuck shop has freshly prepared meals every day along with the normal snack shop supplies. The teachers are friendly, open and helpful. I saw they have security cameras on the school grounds, and there are general workers keeping everything neat. I love to visit places without making appointments, the reason is I want to see and listen how they respond. I would recommend parents to do this, observe and visit schools always to see how they conduct themselves when they are not expecting visitors. I was pleasantly surprised, also now it is exam times, the students have had they break when I arrived, and were busy getting ready to attend pre exam prep classes before they write the next day. In these study sessions, they review the work, and ask questions about areas they might have difficulties in. I think this is wonderful, passing another class there was a student sitting with a teacher, the lady who was taking me on the tour explained that she was assisting students who may need a little more assistance. Curious, I asked her to elaborate a bit more about what kind of difficulties this would be and she explained scenarios where children did not have English as a home language, children struggling to read, concentrate or even have low self-esteem. They also have sports, with a very spacious sport field, they have a swimming pool where they teach water safety. I will definitely return again to get more information, I love doing reviews of places that are not big corporations, or chains. These places often have soul to them because the people are just people, they value what they do and are proud of what they accomplish. They often do more, and form relationships with people. In today's corporate worlds, everything is measured by numbers, likes, votes and businesses become cold and sometimes frightening to the normal person to approach. People encourage you not to have feelings, and we start becoming this emotionless drones. I love places with personality, where I am a person and valued as such. When I place my child in a school, I would want them to be an individual, learn to deal with emotions and grow into a confident person who still has heart and empathy for others. Not just a number or a paycheck to be exploited. I got the feeling here, the children felt they were valued, they really do seem happy... (Even though it is exams). Do yourself a favour, build a relationship with your child's school. Don't always be on the defence, teachers and parents reach out to each other not to point out fault, but to work at finding solutions together. Appreciate the fact that you can communicate with the teachers, other places anonymity and pre-booked visits are often a means of not showing you the whole picture. I loved the vibe I felt here, I will also visit them again. Wait for a follow up review.
Johan Homan is the biggest liar and a disgrace for society. I hired him in January 2021 to do debt collection for my small business. He sounded like a bulldog who was able to do the job and contacted me almost every day to report back on what he found out about my clients who disappeared. He was very quick to send me his banking details, but as soon as I made payment, the contact stopped. When I call him from my phone, there's no answer, but as soon as I call from a friend's phone he picks up immediately. It is clear that he is constantly looking for someone new to scam. AVOID THIS MAN AT ALL COST.
