Bad conditions for teaches and kids

I was suprised to hear that the teachers at this crèche in centurion(chappolie) only earn R2000 p/m, who lives on a R2000 salary on this day, parents pay around R2300 pm. Teachers to look after + 20kids. what a shame, or is it because they are foreign nationals The school has no development at all, its been like that for years.
