Playlive is terrible

Playlive is actually a disappointing platform,they offer you wonderful bonuses and promotions but they always have a plan up their sleeve,they make you win ridiculous amount of money on these promotions and bonuses and at the end of the wagering they give you a small fraction of that winning (eg. I win R11000 and I'm left with R10000 by the end of wagering,they only give you R1000. Then they scrutinize and find "faults" in how you managed to win such an amount and blame you for "Bonus abuse",I'd like to know from them,how many of your users read all the "Terms and conditions",I just feel they have a thing of not wanting to pay people out money won and successfully wagered on their site Why offer so many bonuses if it's going to be such a problem?
