Pretty sure this site is a ****.I joined and used the visa option on deposit.After my account was debited the money never reflected in my gaming account.The telephone number never gets answered,no reply to e-mails and the live chat option does not work...Beware,do not deposit any money or join this site...STAY AWAY
Cheap ****py site,full of glitches and slots dont pay at all.Im sure they catch lots of fitst timers..Dont let them feed you bull**** about the games being independantly programmed..No customer service and live chat doesnt work...Figures🤣🤣🤣
They claim matches get settled and paid within couple of minutes after matches or stake has landed..Going on over an hour and a half now😂😂😂. How dissapointing
The only time these guys reply is when you post it public😂😂😂. Looks like a ****, still cant see my bets, asked more than ten times now. Yet no one wants to address or reply on this issue..Im pretty sure one of my bets won but considering i cant see my betting slips or history and they are refusing to send it to me by ignoring my e-mails.....Dont reply on here and then say refer to open ticket....because no one answers the "open ticket"....Used to love this site but their service is really ****py ...Not sure if they have financial problems or just technical but up until now still no reply on my e-mails to see my slips....If there is any senior management please note your SERVICE SUCKS and your sportsbetting is starting to look like a ****...All i requested was my betting slips from Thursday until now considering when bets are placed they just disappear.
Didnt really want to go this route but the Play customer service team are non exsistent. For 2 days nobody has even tried to resolve my issue. My sport bets are not appearing although the money is taken from my account.No betslips appear,no cash out option ,the bet does not exsist. I placed R3500 on 5 different bets. Yet all of them were paid there is no betslip or any feedback. I e-mailed my concern and that i have no idea what happened to my bets. I sent several e-mails,and a rep called Kayleen Adams (who has to be the worst representative),she doesnt reply neither does she even try and solve the issue. According to her the bet id numbers do not exsist although i e-mailed her proof from their own website.Since then she is just stonewalling me.Not replying to any e-mails,really sad from a company that i really enjoyed supporting. I placed another two bets today to see if problem is still evident,and doing exactly the same....Although i placed the bets and paid for them i have no proof of a valid betting slip other than a ref nr on the transaction history. Also no bets that possibly landed had been paid..Really dissapointing from a company that i enjoyed supporting..But Kayleen Adams behaviour is really not up to standard to deal with customers and queries,really sad to see.
I own a townhouse that is supposed to be managed by MONICA at Mongrey properties. I have made more than several attempts via e- mail ,telephone calls even whatsapps, but Monica is oblivious to responding to any messages...Becareful for Mongrey properties especially Monica as it seems the only time you will hear from her is when she e-mails the monthly statement for payment..Terrible and unprofessional service from Monica at Mongrey properties....BECAREFUL!!!!!!
