Customer service really needs to work on the services. Send cancelation letter on the 5 May, not respond from Old Mutual. Had to phone them and staying on the line for more than 10min, no answer. Only today after holding the line for 20min they assisted me to cancel my policy.
For the first time in ages i am very disappointed. I order the rib and wing special at Brooklyn Brothers and the ribs was tasteless and not well prepared. Not worth the the money i spend for so little food so much money. 1/10 for the food.
