floris a racist who dont give black people back there depsosit and block them.
floris and ada who are in charge of the criminal and racist company blocked me after i moved out clean from staying at there furnished apartment for a month, just because they dont want to give back my deposit and they do it all the blacks who rents from them. so called small buy floris of 26 years old is a thief who dont like to give back peoples deposit back and try to steal it by giving some useless stories while i didnt sign anything. paid for just a full fixed 30 nights. but why will a company block there clients after getting there keys and when they request for there deposit? thats a criminal act, there number is 0824269034 and i am not the first to have reported them.

floris from tyger classique villas a thief who dosent give back deposits to black people, thats racism also.
very bad and racist agents called Floris and Ada, i rented a furnished apartment for a months, which was stated in my invoice for a fixed 30 days via a referral agent called licia, i also paid a deposit of 5000rands, so on the last day i moved out and this floris of 27 years old refused to give back my deposit saying i must contact the referral agent who just helped me to get his apartment and was paid a finding fee, when i called floris to request my deposit, he and ada blocked me on all the numbers i used to call them and whatsapp them, when i call with a new number and they hear my voice, they will end the calls and block me, so i had report to my lawyer and also hellopeter after that he say the bad review, he then unblocked one of my numbers and wrote me saying i didnt give them early notice to move out and i should check the agreement, of which i never signed anything and paid on for 30 fixed night only, he now said i should delete the bad review on hellopeter then he will give me back only 2000 and he did send me 2000 after signing some stuffs, i also investigated and i heard he does that to all blacks that's stays in his apartment and mostly refuse to return there deposit and then block them, (what company blocks there clients after transaction? ) that's criminal act. he is a broad day light thief to blacks and that's also racism, he stole my 3000 for no reason, at first he told me that he will give back my deposit once he gets someone there, he later did get someone the next day and lied to me that he paid for 5 nights while i confronted the new tenant that showed me a proof that he paid for one month and not 5 days, floris was just looking for a way to steal my deposit. there office number is 0824269034

they are thieves, they dont give back deposit
they are criminals, they actually give an apartment and then request your deposit, but don't give back your deposit after you leave, they come up with reasons and lies, not to give it back, 3 other people had same experience with them, and was told that they dont like giving back deposits, then after you leave there apartment, they will block you, they did it to me too, now i am contacting my lawyer to deal with them because they are broad day light criminals, they are focused on stealing peoples deposit. there number is 0824269034 and floris 283 uys kriger dr, loevenstein cape town
