DAYTON SINGH IS A *****
If I could give 0 star rating I would. For managing rentals: This companies representative DAYTON SINGH, is a *****. I eventually changed companies as this woman couldnt even get a new lease signed - when asked to hand over the tenants desposit - I was met with 'sorry we just dont have the money' - where is the money? 'I dont have it right now' DAYTON SINGH IS A ***** - and will take yours and your tenants money and run.

PATHETIC
Raksha Bhoola: The worst agent! This will be a lengthy review: Raksha sold my sisters house, and all went well so I decided to ask her to manage my apartment for rent as she did this on side. Before having done any work regarding my property, she asked me to give her a review on her company (good reviews = more money) - all I did was open the door for her to show people my sisters place. I did give her a raving review on the O-yes link she sent me. And then 4.5 months and messages/emails (that she never responded to) later I was still sitting with my apartment not taken care of - not even one document signed. Absolutely disgusted that this is the kind of people you hire: money-hungry people that lie to you in order to make more money. I dont reside in SA, and needed someone to take care of my apartment there - she promised the world and delivered exactly nothing - as long as she got her good review right?
