Exceptional service experience and hard work by Dylan Lumpe at Porsche Johannesburg
I would really like to give a special thanks to all the people within Porsche Johannesburg who made a trade-in and new purchase deal possible. The management and all other personal at Porsche Centre Johannesburg made a great trade-in deal for my car and gave my father a suburb deal on a Porsche Macan. After 20 years of driving other German made luxury vehicles he was finally convinced by the excellent Pre-Owned Executive Dylan Lumpe to purchase the Porsche Macan, of which he absolutely loves. Speaking of Dylan, without the tremendous hard work and and long hours he put in over December and January when most people were on leave this deal would never be possible. If anyone is thinking of buying a Porsche, I would highly recommend going to Porsche Johannesburg and speaking to Dylan. Over the last 20 years of buying cars I have never dealt with a salesperson who went to the lengths that Dylan did to make this happen, especially given that most of the staff were on leave during this time, Dylan did a fantastic job of concluding this deal by the end of January.

Top Class Service again from Porsche Centre Johannesburg
I would really like to thank Nosi in the Service Department as my convertible roof was giving me issues so I took the car in. She was extremely good at providing feedback to me and is one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Not only did they fix the roof they also found an error with the parking break and repaired that too. While testing the car they found that oil was leaking from my PDK Gearbox which is a very costly repair. My Motorplan expires in a week's time so they ordered the parts for the gearbox from Germany and then will fix it when they arrive. I cannot thank them enough for expecting my car so well when I just took it in for the roof and they found the oil leak. Even though they will only get the parts in 3 weeks time and it can take a number of days to fix it, since they found it while my car is still on Motorplan I will not have to pay for any of the costs for fixing the gearbox. Appreciation and Gratitude to Yandi in the Porsche Centre Body Shop
Another 5 star rating for Porsche Centre Johannesburg. My car was involved in an accident and parts needed to be ordered and shipped out from Germany. I cannot give enough appreciation and thanks to Yandi in the Body Repair Centre. She always kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs on my car. Parts had to be shipped in from Germany, and all the parts arrived on or before the expected date. Porsche did a fantastic repair job on my car, they did not pannel beat sections of the car that wer damaged but ordered brand new parts for these. The paint job was suburb and even pannels on the car that were not damaged were re-sprayed so they car looks brand new. Over and above all of these repairs there were a small number of items that needed to be fixed that were not part of the accident. My maintenance plan on my Porsche expires on the 14th of November but they have booked my car in before the Motorplan expires to fix this small issues, so it will be of no cost to me. Even once my Motorplan expires I will still have my car servived at Porsche as every interaction with them has been an absolute pleasure.

Execellent and Quick fix on an issue on my car
Again, I would love to give Porsche Centre JHB 5 stars for their excellent service and customer experience. I had a small part on my car break on the windscreen visor and was not a major thing to me. But I took it to Porsche and they said they would have to get that part from Germany and it would take them about a month. 15 days later I got a call from the parts to say they had the part and without booking my car in I just went to them to see if they could fix it quickly while I was there having a coffee. The Customer Servive person said not a problem and within 10 minutes he was back with my keys and the new part had been fitted and they were happy to help even though Ihad not even officially contacted the Service Department to book my vehicle to have it fixed. Thanks for a great experiece from the Parts and Service departments!

Oustanding Service from Porsche in replacing my Windscreen
Again I want to say if I can give more than 5 stars to Porsche Centre Johannesburg I would. I recently purchased a Pre-Owned Boxster 981 S from them and the experience, assistance and condition of the car was amazing. Unfortunately I was driving it the other evening and a large stone it my windscreen and caused a large crack and I clearly needed to replace the windscreen. I phoned Porsche the next day and explained what had happened and that I needed a quote for a new windscreen. They did not even ask me to bring the car in and 20 minutes after calling them for a quote I received the quote via email copied to my Insurance Brokers (Sela Brokers). 10 minutes later I received an authorization from Sela Brokers to get the windscreen replaced. I must mention I have never experienced an Insurance company that is that quick to approve a quote. Almost straight away I received a reply from Porsche centre saying I could bring the car in to have the Windscreen replaced whenever it suited me as they had all the parts in stock. I took the car in a few days later and while it was there they gave me constant updates on the progress of the car. The Windscreen was replaced and they day after I took the car in it was already ready to collect. I collected the car, it looked brand new again like it had been through a full valet. As well as replacing the Windscreen they also activated my Rain Sensor for free, which I don’t think was activated when the car was new. I would especially like to thank Savannah in the Admin department and Darren in the Service department for their outstanding service and it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with them.

Totally Professional and best quotes available
Absolutely the best Insurance Broker I have ever used. Their premiums on the policies I have had with them cannot be beaten, my policies on my Porsches are a quarter of the premium of the next best Insurer. I have had a number of claims with them which have been approved in less than a day all to be fixed by Porsche and they are impeccably professional when dealing with any claims or any items regarding your policy. If you are looking to insure a Porsche, Ferrari or any other collectable car I would definitely recommend going to them and no one else!

Outstanding and Amazing Service when buying a Pre-Owned Porsche from Porsche Centre
Unfortunately I can only give 5 stars here because if I could give 10 stars I would!!! I decided to buy a pre-owned 2013 981 Boxster S from Porsche. I have had a lot of expereince with the Boxster and I love them. I had recently sold my 2004 986 Porsche Boxster S which I had for just over a year and I sold it for more than I paid for it which has never happened with any other make of car I re-sold. I brought and paid a deposit on this car from one of the other Porsche dealerships after seeing it online and got them to deliver it to the Porsche Centre JHB where I stay. I saw the actual car for the first time when it arrived at Porsche Centre JHB on Friday for me to collect it and sign the papers. Because I know the Boxsters very well and as I had not seen the car in person before I picked up quite a few small problems with the car that I would have picked up if I saw the actual car before buying it and would have asked them to fix them or looked at another car. However between the Sales manager at the Porsche dealership that sold me the car and the sales people at Porsche Centre JHB they managed to get quite a few of the issues sorted out before I drove out of the dealership with my car on Friday. However when I got home there were a number of other items I wanted to be fixed. I wrote a long email to the sales team listing these issues. Early Monday morning the sales manager at the dealership I brought the car from said he had arranged with Porsche JHB for me to take the car to them on Wednesday and they would fix all the remaining issues. I did this today and sat waiting in their coffee shop working on my laptop while they fixed all the issues. They went over and above what I was expecting to get done on a Pre-Owned car even putting brand new tyres on the front because even though the tyres on the front were brand new they had an old date on them so they swapped them out free of charge for brand new tyres made this year. They also fixed all the other small items I listed while I waited and they extended the Pre-Owned maintenance plan from 6 months to 1 year for a car that is 9 years old. I drove out of there today feeling on top of the world as the 9 year old 981 Boxster S I now own is in as immaculate condition as the previous Boxster I owned and I have such peace of mind with the 1 year Pre-Owned plan they gave me. I would highly recommend, and I will defintely in future, when looking at buying a new or pre-owned Porsche go directly to Porsche Centre. Their service and attention to detail is amazing and dealing with them in person was an absolute joy. I really felt welcome even though I kept complaining about all these small items on the car they treated me like I was the only customer there and fixed everything and more than what I expected. I have to have one small item fixed on the car, which I never even knew was a problem but they picked it up, it is such a minor issue but they insist they will get the part from Germany and I look forward to going back there and seeing them again.

Brilliant Service and work done on my car
I have a 2004 Porsche Boxster S which I have been restoring and trying to keep it as immactulate as possible. I have a Dent and Scratch Policy and so I took it to Dent Doctor to see if they could fix a few things on my car within the R4500 limit I had. Not only did they repair, to perfection, all the items I asked them to do, they also also performed a lot of additional small touch up items which they did not charge me for, so all the work the did for for me did not cost me a cent. I also had them do a Full Flat and Polish and the car looks brand new. They kept the car for 5 days doing this work and were keeping me constantly updated and the paint and body shop expert, Kevin, was amazing in explaining what they were going to do and showing me it great detail all the work they had done afterwards. Just having these things repaired in a professional way by Dent Doctor has definitely increased the re-sale value of my Porsche and they are fully affiliated with Porsche and other top of the range brands. I have no hesitation of recommending them and will definitely use them again in future if I need to. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
